| Close House Hotel offers a rare opportunity to experience a part of Northumberland’s history, while sampling the delights of a fine Northumberland Hotel. Built on the site of a mediaeval monastic house, in 1779, the Mansion and adjacent golf course was fully renovated in 1994 and opened as Close House Country Club some 10 years later.

We can offer a choice of wedding packages to suit any requirements, are licensed to conduct civil and partnership ceremonies, and have a Ballroom which can accommodate up to 100 day guests and 150 evening guests.
